Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Pinnacle Web Services collects through pinnacleweb.online, why, who receives it, how long it is kept and how you can control it. It applies to visitors and to people who contact me, wherever they live.
Who I am
Pinnacle Web Services is a remote web development studio run by its founder, Amar. I am the controller of the personal data described here, which means I decide how and why it is used. There is no walk-in office. You can reach me at info@pinnacleweb.online or on +91 98336 64666 (phone and WhatsApp).
What I collect, why, and on what basis
The legal bases below are those of the GDPR and the UK GDPR (together with the UK Data Protection Act 2018). I do not use your data to make automated decisions about you.

Who receives your data
I do not sell personal data. Your enquiry may be passed to the service providers below, which handle it only to provide their service to me.

If you choose to message me on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply to that conversation. I may also disclose data where the law requires it.
Transfers outside your country
I work remotely and the providers above operate internationally, so your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where personal data from the UK or the European Economic Area is transferred, I rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long I keep it
- Enquiries: kept for as long as needed to reply and, if we work together, for the project and my legal and accounting records. If no project follows, I delete the enquiry once it is no longer needed for follow-up. You can ask me to delete it at any time.
- Analytics: kept for the retention period set in my Google Analytics account.
- Server logs: kept only for a limited period and then deleted.
- Cookie choice: stays on your device until you clear it or change it.
Cookies and similar technologies
Analytics and marketing cookies are off until you opt in, and you can change your mind at any time. My Cookie Policy lists each cookie. .
Your rights
Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data I hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict how I use it;
- receive it in a portable format;
- object to processing based on my legitimate interests; and
- withdraw consent at any time, which does not affect what was done before you withdrew.
To use any of these rights, email info@pinnacleweb.online. I reply within one month and may need to confirm who you are first. There is no charge unless a request is clearly unfounded or excessive.
You can also complain to your data protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); in the EU it is the authority in your country. I would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Other countries and states
I apply the same rights to everyone, wherever they live. If you are in California, you can ask to know what I hold, correct it or delete it. I do not sell personal information, and I share it for advertising purposes only if you accept marketing cookies. If you are in Canada, Australia, India or elsewhere, you can ask for access, correction, deletion or to withdraw consent in the same way, and you may also complain to your national privacy regulator.
Children
My services are for businesses and are not aimed at children. I do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you think a child has sent me their details, email me and I will delete them.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Enquiries are stored in a database with restricted access, and the admin area is password protected. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach puts your rights at risk I will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
Changes to this policy
I will update this page when my practices change, and change the date below. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
